By registering for classes, programs, events, private lessons, or by entering and using the facilities of Veeras Jiu-Jitsu Academy (“the Academy”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veeras Jiu-Jitsu Academy from any claims, damages, legal fees, or expenses resulting from my participation (or my child’s participation), including claims brought by third parties.

The Academy reserves the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate any participant for unsafe behavior, misconduct, or rule violations, without refund.

For participants under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to this waiver on the minor’s behalf.

The parent/guardian accepts full responsibility for the minor’s participation, conduct, and safety.

I grant permission to Veeras Jiu-Jitsu Academy to capture and use photographs or videos of me/my child for marketing, educational, and promotional purposes, including social media and the Academy website, without compensation.

If I do not consent, I will notify the Academy in writing.
